Account suspended

If your account is suspended and you believe that was a mistake, email support@peajee.com from the university address you signed up with. Include your anonymous display name if you know it, and a short explanation. Moderators review appeals; we do not guarantee reinstatement.

Confirming your email

After entering your university email, open the Peajee message in your inbox (check spam). Either enter the 6-digit code on the login page or use the button in the message. If it expired, request a new email from the login page.

University not listed

Peajee is currently open at UCT, SUN, and UWC. Other universities are coming soon. See About. To ask for your uni or join a waitlist interest note, email support@peajee.com.

How anonymity works

Other students see a generated display name, not your email. Staff may access account details when investigating abuse or legal requests. Full details are in the Safety Center and Privacy Policy.
