Advice?

I feel like my bf only ever wants to see me on campus, but never wants to take me on an actual date. We just sit somewhere (I can’t be specific, I fear he’ll know it’s me), talk, then go back to our different res’s. I understand that we're students and money is not always there, but damn, surely we can plan something different once in a while? Even a walk would be nice, yoh.
